An Attempt to Build Audience

This tweet from Mas Ainun, https://x.com/ainunnajib/status/2063773755273576832?s=20, is very interesting to me.

In there, an AI summarizes what happening across Twitter and and tweet it as Mas Ainun. This product is really interesting, and it instantly cross my mind that these “summarizer for you” business is actually a huge and fundamentally fragmented market (if this AI is opened by Mas Ainun, I will follow because I recognize him as “key opinion leader” in my field. Not so much in others”)

But my idea of business is actually build a more “platform” like business: focus on transcript of key technology leader (with quality transcript) and charge based on that ($5 per month or $50 per year). These hunt for transcript are conducted by each “fan” of the leader; basically every tech leader will have its own David Senra that look at every podcast that they have and share on it.

For Mas Ainun’s bot, who created the bot matters. But for me, because transcript it’s a commodity, no one will try to compete - Indonesia is super cheap right now.
